The development of new charge-transport materials and interface modifiers to enhance the efficiency and long-term stability of perovskite solar cells is a crucial step toward their commercialization. Professor Chun-Guey Wu’s research team has developed low-cost and readily available spinel-based hole transporting materials, combined with a self-developed organic oligomer as an interface modifier, to assemble high-efficiency perovskite mini-modules. This team is the first in the world to report high-efficiency tin-based perovskite mini-modules.
