With the support of the National Science and Technology Council, Prof. Otto C.-W. Kong has been pursuing quantum physics under the new thinking of q-number values for physical quantities and noncommutative spacetime geometry, now giving a new theory of quantum mechanics in curved spacetime, as a new starting point towards the theory of quantum gravity challenging the framework based on Schrodinger wavefunction representation since 1952. The notion of vector quantity is presented with four forms and an invariant magnitude square. Quantum geodesic motion under a generic metric, satisfying the Equivalence Principle is derived from free particle Hamiltonian dynamics. This work is published in Chin.J.Phys. 69, 690 (2025).
